Shipping & Return
- Free Shipping Worldwide.
- All items will be shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of payment (except weekends and national holidays).
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you want to change address, please email us in time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
- After your order is dispatched, we will send you the tracking number and tracking link that you could trace your order if required. Check your e-mail for the link and tracking number. Note: If you can't check it immediately with the tracking number, please wait with patience. Some time is required by Express Company for uploading.
Generally, we accept returns within 14 days after receipt. If there are a few exceptions, please contact our service team via email@example.com.
Situation we may experience
- DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to us within 30-day from receipt, at notebooksadapter.com's discretion for: refund, replacement, exchange or repair. We will send a prepaid shipping label for the item to be returned.
- NON-DEFECTIVE items can be returned directly to us within 14 days from receipt, at notebooksadapter.com's discretion for credit or exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns for refund are subject to a 30% restocking fee and any return shipping cost will be your responsibility and not refunded unless there's an error on our part.
- DAMAGED ITEMS. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. We will make some arrangement within 24 hours if the fault falls on the shipping company.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will start a tracer with the shipping company. If the package is not found during the tracing period (up to 7 business days), we will reship your order.
- In the case of a package refusal, you may have to assume the return shipping cost, a 15% restocking fee and some brokerage fees, etc. So we strongly discourage you from refusing our package and recommend you accept it and request a return instead if need be.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. 20% cancellation fee applies. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Hope you understand.
